Craft Beer World & Beer Flavour Wheel

I’ve written a book! It’s called Craft Beer World, published by Dog 'n' Bone, published in the UK and US and then hopefully taking over the universe.

It’s a look at over 350 of the best beers brewed around the world, focusing on new things while giving a high-five of thanks to the classics that have come before it. It’s broken into 50-odd styles with a range of beers featured within each. There’s also some stuff on brewing, food and beer, plus a personal side looking at where and when I drank some of these beers and the importance of context.

I also created the flavour wheel featured below (here's some more on flavour wheels). It’s an infographic kind of look into flavours, aromas and textures you can expect when you’re drinking a beer, aimed at giving some information into where those flavours have come from and to help people put words to their drinking experience. I'm working on getting this made into posters...
